I’m so depressed

At work today I made a joke that referenced Land Shark.

This was told in front of a group of about eight coworkers.

Only two laughed.

The other six didn’t get it.

And I sprouted a brand new gray hair.

Yeah, we were all watching teevee not too long ago and saw the new ad that references Mr. Bill — all the adults “ooooh noooo-ed” gleefully while the kids (I say “kids;” they’re all in their twenties) stared blankly at us.

It was painful.
