Source: Pistol Pete holstered for Utah game

Ugh! They are making the NMSU mascot sit a game.

For what they are calling “a mustache-ripping incident”

Um, oh…

*chuckle, giggle, snort*

Ahem.

The incident occurred with Utah’s State’s mascot, “Big Blue” the bull.

I’m wondering why Pistol Pete didn’t up and rip something off the bull, eh? We *are* and Agricultural college after all! We know how to do such things.

*giggle, snort, wipe eyes*

Yes, well. This is all very serious and, *guffaw*, ahem, disciplinary.

The bull has already served his sentence, the same one game suspension.

And I suppose after all of this, Pistol Pete will have learned his lesson.

Despite the mustache violence, we’ve still come a long way since my days at NMSU where, when the opposing team made a basket, we’d shout “nice shot, assh–e!”

Hee!

Go NMSU!

Doesn't eating a pistol for breakfast make for explosive BM's in the afternoon? Just askin'… ;)

    Go Aggies!

it was interesting to hear you phrase it "yes, I actually lived in Las Vegas", i grew up in vegas and have lived here my whole life, its just like any other town to me, nothing special, couldnt see any hotels from my house, never go to the casinos. its funny to hear a different perspective

  • Karen Fayeth

Hi Kate! Yeah, I think to the rest of the world, Vegas isn't a place where people actually *live*. I mean, it's all magic and lights and money falling from machines!

    When I tell people I lived there I usually get a "huh"….

But yeah, to folks like you…it's just home, right?

    Thanks for the comment!

My goodness, Ephraim. I never knew the Aggies had it in 'em. I mean…drinking too much and losing a lot of sporting events is more likely for us than the whole tearing asunder thing.

I like it! Thanks for posting!
